CorrLinks users now have the convenience of connecting with their incarcerated family and friends at most Bureau of Prison women institutions (please verify with the Bureau to see which facilities allow video visitation) right from their mobile phones.
Video sessions are scheduled by each institution and are generally available every day of the week. Each session lasts 25 minutes and starts at the beginning and half-hour mark of each hour.
As a CorrLinks user, you will not incur any charges for video sessions. However, it's important to note that only the incarcerated individual can initiate the scheduling of video visits. You, as the user, have the option to accept their invitation.
To ensure a positive experience, it's crucial that you connect to the video session from a location with fast and reliable internet access. Additionally, make sure that the ambient lighting in your surroundings is sufficient for the camera to capture a clear picture.
